Fits most custom Headers with 2 bolt - 2.5" pipings, especially used on B-Series motor in 94-01 Acura Integra, 99-00 Honda Civic Si DOHC, and Delsol with the DOHC motor custom 2.5" collector JDM headers (but 2.43" to be exact).  Or any custom Headers and High Flow Cats.  Honda Dealer as of 2018 MSRP has them for $39.37 each (18229-PCX-003).
